Multiple file handling by scripting

Following the discussion in this thread and others:
- enable multiple file handling by scripting
- enable the use of scripts in multitrack view
- enable opening/closing of files in scripts

I support this request as well! I produce a radio show which is podcast on NPR. I always open the same file, convert to mono, and save to a different location every week.
