How to delete Cool Edit Pro 2.exe from Windows XP?

:?Unfortunately I installed Cool Edit Pro 2. Don't want it (already have Cool Edit). Everything uninstalled except the .exe file.
Any ideas why the .exe won't delete?

You probably are logged in as a "restricted user". Log in as administrator, of with an account with administrator rights, and try again.

The best way to uninstall any software though is to use the uninstall program that comes with the main program.
