tone frequencies question

I just did the opposite - I'd corrected the pitch of two recordings of Brahms Piano Quartets to A440 before remastering them, only to discover they were now running to about 81'20". Returning them to the higher pitches found on the late-50's DGG LPs they were derived from brought the total time back down to 79'53"...
