Binaural beats, monaural tones and isochronic tones for subliminal audios

hi,
i am new to Adobe Audition, which i want to use for creating subliminal recordings.

so far i am using binaural beats as the background of my recordings but in some study i have read that monaural tones and isochronic tones work more effectively here. i know how to create isochronic tones for my purposes but would like to know more about monaural beats and how to create them in Adobe Audition.
