cooleditpro2.0 dynamic procesor filter

hi all  I'm Walid Jacob  new member i don't know if  correct to ask my question here ?
 -1   my question about cool editpro 2 (dynamic processor  filter)  I'm going to filter my voice stereo Wave sound that i  recorded it .
 i need to down level (6db)  betwin this range (0) & (-6) db  and in the same time in same sound-wave   up level  (6db)    betwin this range   (-7) & (-16) db
 this is the first filter preset that i need  to supplicate on  my first sound Wave
 
the second filter that i need  to supplicate on  my second sound Wave ( those are two independent two track)
-2  i need to up level (3db)  betwin this range  (-3) & (-6) db  and in the same time in same  sandwich  down  level  (8db)    betwin this range  (-7) & (-16) db
 
-3  where can i find a table explicate all the regular & number own  for this dynamic processor specially for threshold- release- attack- ratio- etc......  
 &  if somebody know about may question & have  a solution can send me it in form   cool.ini   what this make me open it through my cool edit pro2  ?
