silly, small little question, but...
I'd like to insert a copyright symbol into the tag info, but when I try to cut and paste a symbol from Word it's not recognized (inserts an ã instead). Is there anyway to insert the symbol or is it strictly text only?

The copyright symbol is usually included when you enter a year in the copyright field. Most players add the symbol and then just use your text.
Of course, if the shortcut-keystroke is not being recognized, the old (c) standby works, and is completely acceptable.

Try holding the alt key and while you're holding it type on the number pad 0169 then release the alt key. Try the same with 0153 to get the(tm) ™ symbol. In fact, if you have charmap.exe on your hardrive you can find a lot of neat characters. If these characters aren't displaying on this post on your system then I guess I don't know what I'm talking about...

It's a Windows thing and is usually installed by default.

It's called Character Map. Unless you've moved things around, you may find it in accessories in your start menu. Go to the find feature and type in charmap.exe. If you have it, it will pop up. I'm sure you can get it from microsoft.com
