I have 2 soundcards on my pc,which never was a problem untill now.I have recorded a couple of songs but I now have the problem
that I can't listen to them. The problem I'm facing is this:If I listen to these songs,
consisting of 8 tracks,I can only listen to those tracks recorded on my Yamaha xg,but
not the ones recorded with my Layla.Even when I mix down the tracks I only get the Yamaha tracks.I don't understand why this happened, since I never had this problem before. Can someone please help my with this,
because I'm at the point of exploding right about now:)!

I've tried to listen to the layla tracks on my yamaha soundcard, but this freezes cep completly,so I have to reboot my pc.I've put
the tracks in cakewalk and I've got no problems there, but I prefer working with cep.
I don't have any conflicts between my two soundcards and I've checked my cep settings,
which are fine.

ok.So now i have CEP linked to cakewalk,so
I can edit in coolpro and the problem isn't there any more.If I start CEP now it now it DOES read the files.I can honestly say this is the weirdest thing I have ever encountered
since I started with digital editing.I'm glad it works now,but I don't understand at all.A producer friend of mine didn't understand either, and he has seen some weird things in his life.Is there anybody else out there who came across something strange like this????
