Just a simple post. I have a Lexicon Core2 card with CEP-SE. Any issues with the card or the breakout box that I should be aware of??? The computer it's in is an old Micron Millenia MXE P166...yeah, I know, it's slow, and I'm dealing with that, but all else seems fine. I'm basically just searching for issues with the card that I don't know of and should. Thanks!

Hi Steaks. Shouldn't have any real issues. Don't know what OS you're running, but chances are it's Win98?? Their drivers (from experience and other posts) tend to perform best under that OS. That would be the main concern.

Yes, the OS is Win98. I had a frustrating problem early on with the machine (noise), but I solved that, with your help. I have not learned the secret to input routing on the card to take advantage of the various effects it has (I have the MP-100 daughtercard), but in general day to day use it seems just fine. I did a quick A/B not long ago to check the sound quality through my home stereo (the Lexicon vs my old Audio Alchemy DDE+ DAC) and the Lexicon was noticably better. Smiles there!
Anyway, thanks!

I have a Lexicon CORE 2 card and I am using Cool Edit Pro SE. I'm having play back problems, it's like dragging or studdering, it's not steady. anybody have any ideas that could solve my problem. My computer is an AMD-K6-2/300Mhz 128MB RAM. Thanks

Hi. The skipping/stuttering is more than likely a buffer/cache settings issue. Follow these links for some suggested settings to try...
