I say quality over volume! After working on 21"'s, I don't think I could work with 15".

I work with two monitors. 15" is too small for the rez you need, but 17 will work while giving you the fun of two monitors. Its the best middle ground. Besides, if you do the math; which option gives you the most screen space?

Well, I didn't vote... only because I think the end-objective is less important than getting there with a reasonable approach.
However - My advice is to get two monitors going, ASAP - in that, I agree with Paul and Voodoo... two are far better than one, no matter what size you've got.
Whether or not you can afford a lot of screen real estate right now or not, at least get two going, and for now, just use your current monitor for the secondary - put all the extra little windows and stuff over there. You could just buy the 19 and wait for more cash, and you'd still have a decent amount of desktop space while you're waiting.
Best..... -Jon

I have a 15" at home, and it's like looking through a porthole. It's way too small. I have a 19" at work and if you are only going to go with one monitor, it's the only place to start. I just switched to a dual monitor setup at work and it rocks for 2.1. Dual 17's would be fine here ... though one of mine is the old 19". It would depend on your video card though, as youd have to factor in the extra cost to upgrade that. Still, once you get used to twin view, it's hard to go back.

Thanks Craig. I've already got the Matrox G550 planned, so no problems there.
