Please advise me on what is considered to be the best Windows based low cost Voice recorder solution which has voice enhancement features (Cool Edit 2000, Cool Edit Pro, or other)or plug-ins.
I require such a software package / plug-ins in order to do promos, jingles, commercial, spots.

Voice enhancement features which helps to improve the voice fidelity is a must.

You know, it's really totally unneccessary to post the same question in every forum. I would imagine there are very few people here who do not read all the forums and this just dilutes any answers you might get.
