BUT I HAVENT GOT this email! I asked them for 3 times, but i get NO ANSWER.

So i hope on this way to get contact to the seller! Anyone her, who make the same experiences??

I think you will find very few people who have had problems with Syntrillium's business practices. Perhaps things are a bit less organized with the buyout by Adobe in progress, but I'm sure they will do everything they can to make your purchase satisfactory.

Have you viewed the information on this page: http://support.syntrillium.com/unlock.html ? There's a link there for requesting registration assistance.

Good luck... you'll enjoy CoolEdit once it's unlocked and fully running for you.

Double check your e-mail address, and give them a call. I have no doubt they get you fixed up.

I think that you may be a victim of changeover difficulties - although if they managed to send you a confirmation email, I would assume that they've actually got your correct email address. You could try ringing them directly - this might give you an explanation. But honestly, this doesn't go wrong as a rule. But it wouldn't be a CD-key they'd send you for CE2000... it's a little more complicated than that, actually.

Though this is a sales related issue, you can contact our support department and we'll gladly help you with this. Call (480-941-4327) or email (support@syntrillium.com) and we'll get this resolved Monday morning. If you email, you probably get a response by the afternoon.
