Hi Cool Edit Pro Gurus
1)How come when set eq levels in the multitrack view i can't hear them when i change over to edit view?
2)And why wont my eq settings made from the multitrack view save?

when you are in edit view, you are dealing with raw sound info.. all of the stuff you do in multitrack is save with the .SES. file .
this also leads in to your second question.. saving your waves is not enough to keep your settings.. you must save the session.. then all the alterations/volume controls.eq/envelopes will be saved so that next time you open up your session, it will be there..
In order for all of that info to become an integral part of the waves(and thus heard when in edit view), you must create a mixdown.
