How come when I try to open the setup program for the mp3 filter, the setup says "Te program Cool Edit .... already open. Close it.." when I close the setup, it erases like half of the files in my Cool edit pro folder. Whats up with that. I cannot intall the filter

What version of Cool Edit *Pro* are you using? Which version of the MP3 filter did you download? Please let us know.
