How ironic that this "poll" coincides with the local elections.

Auto-correct all spelling? I implore you--please, please don't implement "autocorrect all spelling." Next you'll want to auto-correct all wording! Really-the idea of a forum auto-correcting all spelling? Can anyone show one that does? (or am i jumping the gun?its going to ask "fix" or "ignore," right?)
(Uh-oh...I think my little sailor avatar is "raising the mast" for voodoo's little bali cutie)

Don't sweat it, zeit - It's only a test! The most annoying thing about it is that at present it requires comments to keep it at the top...
There were several other polls I thought of, but rejected. I nearly did one about whether Paul (Webmaster) should be paid according to the number of features he introduces, but that seemed to beg rather a lot of questions (or features?), so I went for the frationally less controversial spelling one instead. Whatever the voting outcome, it's bound to be ignored!

It's just so easy to tease some people!
(Just don't mention a certain slippery character...)

Anyway, have you been resetting your poll, Paul? Mine seems to have got more votes than yours, which is perhaps slightly surprising...

No, I haven't been resetting my Poll. Maybe mine just isn't as fun. I don't know. There were some people here who were against the Polls being open to you guys, but I said, "Hey, they'll love it!". For what it's worth

I believe a spell checker would have changed this to
"What should the forum policy on spelling bee?
.... get it? ... ... SPELLING BEE ... ... pretty funny, eh?

This sounds exactly like Leo Getz (Joe Pesci) from Lethal Weapon! LOL!

Almost seems like these polls should have their own forum, like the Tips & Tricks has. A "polls" forum, or polling-place if you will.
Oh, and noooooooooooooooooooooooooo spelling correction please.

Already suggested, and responded to - see the 'New POLL feature [TEST]' that was at the top of the page.

Well, this is interesting. So far, there are 11 votes for leaving the spell checker alone, but 17 votes for changing it somehow! Doesn't look too good for the spell checker!
