I understand that to open an RCS wav file in CEP v1.2a, I need to find a plug-in. Something to do with header info?
Any ideas?
Please?

I don't plan on using it in particular.... I was just curious as to what the format was native to.

There used to be a radio software company named "RCS". Do you suppose this format is something they used with automated radio stations? All of those companies used non-standard audio formats in the past... there weren't any standards then.

I used to work with RCS and TLC. and it happened to me . i had that RSC WAVE FILE. it's weird but try to convert this RSC WAVE file to WAVE and you'll be surprise it works! when you need to put a song in the system to be on the air ,you have to convert your WAVE to MPEG2 with that software. so when you want that song back ,it's weird because it says that it's a RSC WAVE FILE but it's not!
