WWW

Just wondering if there is anything significantly improved in the crossfade department?  What about crossfades between clips on the same track?

You could say that there's an added complication - though in practice it's no big deal - from an FAQ.........

"Clip > Play hidden clips" should be ticked if you want hidden clips to play. Once you have applied this attribute to a clip (or highlighted group of clips), subsequent divisions (splits) of the clips will inherit the attribute. This is particularly relevant if you are crossfading from one clip to another on the same track - the transition will not be a fade if "play hidden clips" is not ticked.

The purpose of this feature is to enable the new punch-in features to work - see help file for details."

Otherwise I don't think there's any significant change in crossfade function.  Yes, auto crossfades would be nice next time - getting to be a pretty standard DAW function it seems.
